We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Carefirst Blue Choice HMO. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You may be able to use your HSA to cover the cost of your therapy.
Many insurances and plans have out of network benefits. At 3Elements Counseling, LLC we will help you find out about your out of network benefits and we will submit the claims to your insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits for marriage counseling?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
